Court reporter was excellent and helpful with remote witness who was unable to utilize technology (necessary due to COVID) and made sure deposition went forward and was not rushed, even after delays and difficulties.

Here’s a true story. It was a Sunday and I needed a court reporter for trial the next day (our reporter was sick). I reluctantly called Whitney knowing she was probably in the middle of rare weekend time with her family. She picked up and I told her my dilemma.
