Provide first & last name, email address, and password for each authorized user. Password must be at least 5 characters, may be both alpha-and-numeric, and is case sensitive:

TERMS & PRINCIPAL AUTHORIZATION. All invoices are payable within thirty (30) days from date of invoice. Payment is not contingent upon any case settlement. All accounts over 30 days past due are subject to finance charges of ten percent (10%)per month. If Legal Lawgic initiates legal action, for applicant’s lack of payment, Legal Lawgic shall be entitled to receive from applicant reasonable attorneys ’ fees to be determined by the court in which such action is brought. Accounts may be required to provide a credit/debit card payment authorization before services are rendered. All charges paid by credit or debit card (rather than paid by cash or check), as instructed by applicant, may be charged higher rates than any published or quoted rate. Rates may change, any time, without notice. Charges per job includes base rate and any other additional item required for completion including, but not limited to: court time, research time, wait time, fuel surcharge, parking, copies, scanning/doc prep, special handling, advanced fees, advanced fees courtesy charge, overnight delivery.

Lawgic to establish an account, provide services, charge all applicable fees, and understand rates are subject to change without notice.
